At huggwaii, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Our refund policy is valid for 30 days from the date your order is delivered.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. We require a receipt or proof of purchase to process your return.

Exclusions

Please note that certain items cannot be returned:

• Personalized or custom-made products.
• Items that show clear signs of use or wear.
• Items damaged due to customer misuse or improper handling.

The Process

To start a return, simply contact us at huggwaiinightlight@gmail.com. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the credit will be automatically applied to your original payment method within a few business days.
